The Next Chapter is a private 75-minute conversation with me for when you're sitting with something you haven't quite been able to work out on your own.

• A decision.

• A transition.

• A possibility.

• A question you keep circling.

• Something you want but aren't sure you're allowed to want.

• Or simply the sense that you're ready for something different, but don't yet know what.​

We'll think together — with curiosity, honesty and perspective.

And afterwards, I'll send you a short personal reflection on what stayed with me from our conversation.

For 75 minutes, you will have my full attention.

​

I'll bring the tools and perspective I've developed through years of coaching, leadership development, medicine, mindfulness and my own experience of navigating change.

​

But I won't arrive with a formula. We'll start with whatever is most alive for you.

I'll listen carefully. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Help you see what you may not be seeing. And, where useful, offer a perspective you haven't considered.

 

What you'll leave with:

This isn't about leaving with a list of homework.

 

You may leave with clarity about a decision.

A different way of seeing yourself or your situation.

A possibility you hadn't considered.

A conversation you now know you need to have.

Or simply the feeling that something has shifted.
